(Exodus 18:21) Pray for God to raise up able (those full of force, valor, strength, virtue and wealth) sons and daughters in Rivers who FEAR GOD, GOVERNED BY TRUTH & HATING COVETOUSNESS empowered to rule.
(Deuteronomy 6:1-2) Pray for Rivers to do the commandments which the Lord is teaching in the land of our possession. Pray for the fear of the Lord to rest on our gathering that we might keep His commandments and that He would prolong our days.

(II Chronicles 14:13-14) Pray that Rivers would pursue the enemies of the Kingdom, greed, deception, idolatry, witchcraft, pride, etc and that they will not recover, but they be destroyed before us and the host (angels) that are with us. Decree we reap the spoils of war because The Fear of The Lord is on us!
(II Chronicles 17:10) Pray that prophetic praise and new songs would be birth in Rivers like Judah and The Fear of The Lord would be loosed subduing kingdoms around us and we will know no war.
(II Chronicles 19:4-7) Decree Rivers is set in the nations as judges through out the lands and that we judge not for men, but for the Lord who is with us in judgment. Pray that The Fear of The Lord be on us and no iniquity in us!
(II Chronicles 19:9) Rivers Fears The Lord with a perfect (complete, peaceable and quiet) heart in every assignment were called to.
(Job 28:28) Pray The Fear of The Lord in Rivers would be Wisdom unto us and departing from evil would manifest understanding.
